Unit Manager (RN Preferred / LPN Considered)- Day shift - Monday-Friday only
Location: Chase Center Rehabilitation – Logansport, IN Position Overview

Chase Center Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and compassionate Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse (RN) — though qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) will be considered — who is committed to delivering exceptional clinical care in a skilled nursing environment.

The Unit Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing daily unit operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a culture of resident-centered care. Flexibility is required, as coverage across varying shifts may be necessary to meet operational needs.

• Direct and oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned unit.

• Ensure residents receive care that reflects compassion, dignity, and respect.

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain high performance standards.

• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and standards of care.

• Serve as a primary liaison for residents’ families, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

• Monitor resident conditions, respond to changes in status, and intervene appropriately in emergent situations.

• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on quality outcomes.

• Active Indiana RN or LPN license in good standing.

• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) required.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to varying shift coverage needs.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
