Job Title
US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
- BS Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality
- 10+ years experience in Quality or Manufacturing experience
- At least 5 of those years involving management of other quality staff
- Government contracting experience such as FAR
- AS9100 experience
NICE TO HAVE (not required)
- Graduate degree
- Aerospace industry experience
- Defense industry experience
- Experience in large environments
- Global or international quality experience
ROLE
- Maintaining corporate wide QMS
- Leading the quality program and integrating quality into production processes
- Promoting and analyzing Quality KPI's
- Managing non-conformances and driving continuous improvement
