This position is responsible for selling parts to customers over the counter and providing necessary parts to the service department. The role requires providing exceptional customer service while supplying customers with timely and accurate information regarding accounts, products, rates, and services offered.

• Provide excellent customer service to customers at the counter, on the phone, and internally.
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, consistently demonstrating teamwork and exemplary customer service.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Actively engage with and stay knowledgeable about the corporate parts promotion schedule.
• Provide recommendations for the sale of additional related or needed parts or accessories.
• Communicate, enforce, participate, and monitor effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Process all orders (in‑store and online) timely and accurately, communicating with customers on pick‑up or delivery status.
• Locate and obtain merchandise for customers; if not stocked, communicate with the Parts Inventory Team for required items.
• Maintain inventory integrity by performing cycle counts, following up on discrepancies, and expediting issues to management.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining a professional showroom image and merchandise displays.
• Help keep the parts department clean and orderly.
• Perform other appropriate responsibilities as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate’s degree in an agricultural field preferred.
• One or more years of Parts experience or equivalent sales or service experience.
• Experience connecting with customers, maintaining a professional image, and establishing rapport.
• Basic understanding of the selling process.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience working both independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet employer insurance requirements.
• Experience using standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Ability to use a handheld barcode scanner.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Experience operating a forklift.
