• Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour (may be above local minimum wage)
• Premiums up to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed
• Annual or quarterly performance incentives

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customers’ wants and needs. They also ensure that home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
