Are you a high-caliber Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who refuses to cut corners? If your style is thorough, guideline-aligned care—and you value clear documentation, communication, and follow-through—you’ll do well here.

At Grayson Pediatrics, we hold ourselves to high clinical standards. We’re looking for a CPNP who is evidence-based, safety-forward, and consistent—someone who takes pride in doing pediatrics the right way.

And just as importantly: we believe great pediatrics requires time. Time to listen. Time to educate. Time to build trust with families. You shouldn’t have to choose between quality and pace—we expect excellent medicine, and we support providers with the time and structure to deliver it.

If you want a role where clinical excellence is the baseline and relationships matter, you’ll fit well here.

What you’ll do
  • Provide comprehensive patient care management within a collaborative physician/APRN model (per practice agreements)

  • Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for pediatric patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
  • Consistently work to eliminate communication barriers and support excellent patient/family experience
  • Serve as an educational resource for patients, families, and staff; assist with development and implementation of educational programs
  • Utilize evidence-based practice and research to improve outcomes; participate in continuous quality improvement
