Loganville (297 Cooper Rd) and/or Monroe (80 Parker Dr)
Clinic hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Weekend expectation:
One half-day Saturday per year (annual flu clinic)
Full-time schedule:
Typically 4 days/week (option to negotiate additional clinical days/hours for increased compensation)

What you’ll do- Provide comprehensive patient care management within a collaborative physician/APRN model (per practice agreements)
- Deliver culturally sensitive care consistent with Georgia regulations and APRN standards of practice (PNCB/ANCC) and AAP guidance
- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for pediatric patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
- Consistently work to eliminate communication barriers and support excellent patient/family experience
- Serve as an educational resource for patients, families, and staff; assist with development and implementation of educational programs
- Utilize evidence-based practice and research to improve outcomes; participate in continuous quality improvement
- Maintain professional competence through ongoing self-evaluation, development, and credential maintenance
- Participate in and comply with practice policies, safety procedures, and compliance standards
Education:
Master’s Degree in Nursing
Required:
GA RN + APRN licensure; certification (ANCC/AANP/PNCB/NCC); BLS upon hire; PALS within 60 days
Experience:
No minimum required (strong candidates welcomed)
Preferred:
Two (2) years pediatric nursing experience preferred
Skills:
Strong pediatric assessment skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
