Job duties include, but are not limited to:
* Assist faculty/staff with hardware, software and printer problems
* Restock classroom printer paper
* Work with Information Technology staff to image computers, work on trouble tickets and network problems
* Troubleshoot audio visual problems
* Assist with upgrading software
* Other duties as assigned
