Outpatient Operating Room RN

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic outpatient surgical team in the Loganville, GA area. This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality perioperative care.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing outpatient surgical procedures
• Circulate and/or scrub in the operating room as needed
• Perform pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment in accordance with policies and standards
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and discharge instructions
• Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record system

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia (or compact license)
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience preferred
• Experience in outpatient or ambulatory surgery settings strongly preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Day shift, Monday through Friday
• No nights, weekends, or major holidays (depending on facility needs)
