General Manager | Your Pie Pizza (Loganville, GA)

Are you a natural leader with a passion for people and a love for great pizza? Your Pie Loganville is looking for a high-energy, hands-on General Manager to lead our team and help us serve up the best "craft your own" experience in Georgia.

At Your Pie, we don't just make pizzas; we create a culture of hospitality. As the GM, you’ll be the face of the store, the mentor to our staff, and the driver of our success.

• Lead the Crew:
  Recruit, train, and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional service and quality.
• Drive Results:
  Manage P&L, inventory, and labor costs to ensure the restaurant hits its financial goals.

  Ensure every guest feels like a regular by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and food quality.
• Local Marketing:
  Engage with the Loganville community through events, fundraisers, and local partnerships.
• Operations Excellence:
  Maintain a safe, efficient, and fun kitchen environment while adhering to all health and safety regulations.

• Experience:
  
  2+ years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry (Fast-casual experience is a plus!).
• Leadership: A "servant leader" mentality—you aren't afraid to jump on the line or wash dishes when the team needs you.
• Communication:
  Strong interpersonal skills to handle both team dynamics and guest feedback with grace.
• Organization:
  The ability to juggle scheduling, ordering, and administrative tasks without breaking a sweat.
• Availability:
  Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends (when the pizza party is at its peak!).
