Customer service associate

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the assigned store, including merchandising and customer support.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely in accordance with productivity standards.
• Stock and arrange merchandise as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash areas.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while interacting professionally with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions and operate the assigned cash register.
• Secure cash and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer‑service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Physical capability to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service, relationship management, organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.
