Responsibilities:

Serve as an expert in new and used cars’ performance and key differences to thoroughly answer all customer questions.

Leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential car sales customers.

Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor to present a professional environment that supports automotive sales.

Leverage negotiation skills without compromising customer satisfaction to carry out the sales process following dealership standards and policies.

Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales.

Arrange test drives, demos, and other presentations to showcase vehicle features and impress potential buyers professionally.

Communicate with customers through email and phone calls in order to schedule appointments for customers to visit the store.

Respond to customer requests from the Internet lead system and gather information from the customer about the make, type, and quality of vehicle desired; trade-in details; customer’s goals.

Qualifications:

Stellar communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, and interpersonal skills are all crucial for meeting customer needs.

A valid state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.

Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting a plus.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Customer service: 1 year (Required).

Compensation:
$50,000 - $125,000 per year
