Fitness Consultant

We are hiring a Fitness Consultant to work in one of the fastest-growing fitness franchises.

• Be an ambassador and promoter of Workout Anytime, the brand, clubs, and services.
• Greet and check in members, making them feel welcome and essential.
• Answer phones courteously, helpfully, and professionally.
• Sell and set up new memberships and obtain referrals from existing members.
• Assist with the club’s daily maintenance and other tasks assigned by management.
• Create relationships inside and outside the gym.
• Participate in or manage various marketing events.
• Follow up on incoming leads from the web, renewals, and other lead lists by phone and email.

• Positive, upbeat, outgoing, and courteous personality.
• Experience in direct customer-facing positions, the fitness industry, or sales.
• Previous gym experience preferred but not required.

• Hourly pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour.
