Personal Banker Associate II – Loganville Bank Mart
General Function:
Selected candidates are intended to become a Retail Personal Banker II after completing a 4‑8 week on‑boarding and education program that includes rotations in Operations and Sales & Service. The role is a sales position focused on sales development and relationship building through promotion of deposits, loans, fee‑based services and customer retention.
Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify needs. Maintain in‑depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions using the value proposition. Use CAMP and other marketing tools to proactively reach out and set appointments for periodic financial reviews. Focus on cross‑selling to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities such as Community Financial Literacy events, membership presentations, business calls, etc.
Establish close relationships with Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) and refer customers when appropriate. Consistently meet/exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals, and enhance year‑over‑year revenue growth as measured by the Financial Center P&L. Provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referral process.
Promote customer satisfaction with friendly, helpful demeanor and professionalism. Act with confidence answering customer questions and owning issues. Maintain confidentiality of all business. Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other related policies.
Adhere to policies while opening/servicing full range of retail products. Participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes, owning sourced loans through closing. Participate in opening/closing processes of Financial Center or Bank Mart.
Keep updated on procedures to mitigate fraud and risk. Operate within bank’s risk appetite, identifying, assessing, monitoring and reporting risks.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREDCollege degree or comparable work experience. Experience in financial industry preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers or cross‑sell. Ability to analyze credit and financial information using advanced math functions. Professional appearance and communication. Understanding of retail policies and procedures. Required S.A.F.E. Act registration and NMLS registration.
WORKING CONDITIONSNormal office environment with extended computer screen time; program requires travel within affiliate for training, and occasional travel outside affiliate for classroom sessions.
