Ragsdale is now hiring an HVAC Install Helper!

• Assist installation of all brands and types of HVAC units
• Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas.
• Perform start-up of equipment.
• Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand or power tools.
• Communicate efficiently with management, dispatch, and the customer to ensure overall success of the company.
• Keep accurate invoices and time sheets.
• Clean or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects, using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and inventory truck.
• HVAC Experience (Preferred but not Required)
• Good Attitude and Willingness to Learn
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site.
• Results driven in a high-energy environment.
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather.
• Mechanical Aptitude.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
