The Warehouse Quality Associate is responsible for ensuring that incoming/outgoing products meet established quality standards and are thoroughly inspected and documented. Assists with the flow of goods, materials, information, and documentation to support Tomco2 Systems’ manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain activities. This role demands accurate inventory control, safe material handling, receiving, and shipping of assemblies, components, machined parts while meeting inspection and scheduling requirements.
ResponsibilitiesDetail-oriented Warehouse Quality Associate with experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, quality assurance, and safety compliance. Skilled in receiving, shipping, material staging, cycle counts, ERP/WMS systems, and handling high-value technical components. Proficient in using precision measuring tools, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting cross-functional teams, and improving supply chain processes through lean and 5S practices. Committed to maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment while ensuring quality and operational excellence.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3–5 years of warehouse, logistics, or quality experience
- Experience handling technical, industrial, or manufacturing materials.
- Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred.
- HVAC, refrigeration, manufacturing, or industrial systems experience is a plus.
- Understanding of international shipping and export documentation preferred
- Experience with Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement practices preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy with clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Physically able to lift, up to 50 lbs. and stand or operate equipment for extended periods.
- Comfortable climbing ladders, working on platforms, and occasional overtime as needed.
