The entity Integration Missiles et Validation is part of the Direction Engineering of MBDA. It contributes to the functional validation of missiles by conducting functional tests of prototypes. The test teams work under the functional responsibility of the Technical Program Managers and are located at the Plessis Robinson site.

Validation and integration tests represent the final stage before the operational deployment of our systems. They provide a guarantee of excellence of our products and systems in the face of the strategic defense challenges of our customers.

At the heart of the development activity and close to the programs, you will work in a multidisciplinary environment. You will be in contact with the various professions of the company such as architects, project or production managers. You will also be in privileged contact with our customers.

With one of the Missile teams, we are looking for our future functional test manager to participate in the Functional Validation of missiles. More specifically, you will:

• Prepare the tests by contributing to the writing of test sheets and procedures,
• Prepare the test means by configuring and setting them up,
• Carry out validation tests in the factory by following test sheets,
• Contribute to the acceptance of the different missile materials or mock-ups,
• Prepare and repeat these tests planned on external sites,
• Submit the test results and contribute to their analysis,
• Contribute to the maintenance in operational conditions of the test means.

Occasionally, you may be asked to participate in the validation of a specific test means. In the context of your activities, short-term trips to MBDA sites in the Centre region or to other test sites in France (other industries, DGA centers) are to be expected.

You are a graduate of a Bac+2/3 - BTS, DUT or professional license - in the field of electronics or physical measurements and you have first experience in these fields. Stage, apprenticeship and/or personal experiences will be carefully considered. Knowledge in digital buses would be a plus.

The position may require access to information relevant to the national defense secret, the holder will undergo a procedure of authorization, in accordance with the provisions of articles R.2311-1 and following of the Code of Defense and of the IGI n°1300 of August 9, 2021.
