* Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
* Providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
* Supporting residents in maintaining dignity, comfort, and independence
* Observing and reporting changes in residents’ needs or condition
* Working collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality service### What We’re Looking For
* A compassionate, dependable caregiver who truly enjoys helping others
* Previous caregiving or assisted living experience preferred, but not required
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
* Ability to follow care plans and maintain a respectful, resident-first approach### Pay & Schedule
* ** Part-Time Position**
* ** Pay Range:** $17.48–$19.00 per hour
