• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the electrophysiology mapping and navigation system and all related products
• Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on technical matters relating to cardiac mapping products and procedures
• Promote the safe and effective use of medical technology and related procedures
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential sales opportunities and conduct customer training

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or an associate degree plus 4 years, or a bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day
• Experience working in a clinical or technical environment related to cardiac care
• Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and support staff

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with at least four years of experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
