1 Year contract

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (5 positions)
• Swing Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (1 position)
• Graveyard Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (1 position)

Work generally Monday – Friday. Work outside normal hours requires COR approval. Federal holidays observed per VA schedule.

Approximately 20–22 shifts per month per FTE (Full-time coverage aligned with VA operational schedule).

6 to 8 weeks

• Valid Driver's License (may be required depending on assignment)

• Practical knowledge of standard supply management procedures
• Experience in inventory control, material handling, or logistics in a healthcare or similar environment preferred
• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience recommended for strong performance

• Ability to lift and move supplies up to 40 pounds (assistance required for heavier items)
• Understanding of aseptic principles and supply storage standards
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to interact professionally with clinical and administrative staff
• Ability to work independently under supervision

• Maintain and restock inventory in primary and secondary locations
• Deliver supplies accurately and timely to wards, clinics, and departments
• Receive, unpack, and properly store incoming materials
• Maintain cleanliness of supply areas per aseptic and Joint Commission standards
• Support wall-to-wall and periodic inventories
• Submit weekly activity reports and monthly status reports
• Perform additional logistics duties as assigned

• No computer system access for charge-outs or inventory adjustments
