Job DescriptionThe mission is part of the Radio Deployment and Support Department of the Defense and Security Business Unit, and more specifically on the SRSA System (Radio Ground-Air System) and on the other associated systems.
In the SRSA project teams and in close collaboration with technical stakeholders, your mission mainly consists of designing and delivering training to end users of the system in its different versions, including:
- Collecting training needs expressed by projects,
- Participating in mixed CS GROUP / MINARM working groups for the preparation and design of training modules,
- Designing training programs (syllabus) in close collaboration with technical project teams and SLI actors,
- Preparing training modules and developing pedagogical materials,
- Preparing and conducting training sessions mainly intended for military users on MINARM sites,
- Evaluating trainees' achievements and issuing training certificates,
- Capitalizing on trainees' feedback to improve future training.
- Being a force of proposal to implement innovative training solutions.
You may be required to deliver training internally to newcomers.
You are the guarantor of the coherence of the global user documentation.
You may also be required to intervene on civil air traffic projects.
QualificationsWith a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of complex system engineering, you have a background in computer science or telecommunications. You have experience in training or anticipate becoming a trainer.
You have the ability to understand system and network environments. Knowledge of communication systems and air control would be an asset.
Your level of English must allow you to exchange and transmit in English the content of the training.
