Summary
This is a dynamic, full-time onsite position at a hospital facility, highly visible to colleagues and customer stakeholders. As a subject matter expert in imaging equipment, you will perform repairs, maintenance, and document work in Renovo Live (CMMS).
Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, electrical and mechanical repairs
- Utilize test equipment for installations, calibrations, and maintenance, including multimeters, X-ray meters, oscilloscopes, service software, dosimeters, tools, and phantoms
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Maintain OEM equipment (Siemens, Philips, GE, Canon, etc.) and record work in CMMS
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on imaging systems such as CT, MRI, X-Ray, C-arms, and Fluoroscopy
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in imaging repairs and test equipment use
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills
- Ability to interpret service manuals and schematics
- Experience with planned maintenance and documentation
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with staff and clinical teams
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of clinical applications and image quality standards
Education and Training:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree or technical certification preferred
- CBET, CRES, or OEM training is a plus
Competencies:
- Ownership, communication, financial awareness, integrity, customer service, prioritization, urgency, team building, regulatory knowledge, giving feedback
Safety & Physical Requirements:
- Follow safety protocols, complete trainings timely
- Visual and sensory abilities to distinguish temperatures, surfaces, odors; lift up to 50-100 lbs; push/pull over 100 lbs; maintain a safe environment
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Mon-Fri, with potential overtime, after-hours, and emergency calls
Classification: FLSA Exempt/Non-Exempt
