If you are motivated, detail oriented, and reliable, we are looking for you to be our Accounting Clerk.
ResponsibilitiesAs an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for handling aspects of accounts payable and assisting with accounts receivable. Specifically, with a high degree of accuracy, duties include invoicing, completing sales orders, entering payments received, balancing accounts, filing and other receivable functions. Accounts payable duties include completing payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices to maintain accounts payable records, as well as matching and entering invoices and all other various assigned duties.
There are some overlapping duties. This position also requires some reception duties including answering phones, screening calls, and taking messages.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience preferably with accounts payable (less experience with college degree will be considered with transcripts)
- Working knowledge of Excel and data entry experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to read and speak English
- Spanish speaking a plus
Schedule - Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM, Full-Time
Pay - $18-$20.00 per hour
Benefits (Additional)The company offers 3 PTO days after 90 days; 1 week of vacation after 1 year, 6 paid holidays. Other benefits include health, dental, and vision insurances, IRA with a 3% company match after 90 days.
