Manufacturing Controller
Salary: $93,000 – $130,000 + Bonus

- Oversee product costing, inventory management, and financial reporting accuracy
- Analyze cost variances and provide actionable recommendations
- Support monthly close, margin analysis, and manufacturing expense tracking
- Evaluate capital investments including ROI and cost savings initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience
- Strong expertise in product costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis
- ERP system experience and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills
