OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Process Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining records, and supporting daily administrative operations.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Responsibilities- Accurately enter and update data using internal systems
- Prepare, organize, and review documents for data entry
- Maintain logs and records for tracking purposes
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members via phone, email, and in person
- Perform administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, and document review
- Provide support across teams as needed and serve as backup when required
- Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service in all interactions
- Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
