Job Title
Responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, record keeping and customer service with the clientele.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide effective communication daily with clients, vendors and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner in person, telephonically or via email.
- Perform clerical duties as needed including printing, scanning and proofing documents.
- Prepare, sort and review documents for data entry.
- Create and maintain electronic logs for tracking purposes.
- Review data discrepancies.
- Maintain high level of professionalism to establish a positive rapport with the clientele.
- Punctual and regular attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One (1) year minimum experience in customer service or data entry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technology and computer skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong organizational skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred

Work EnvironmentProfessional office work environment. Shift 9AM-6PM.
