Diehl Auto Repair is seeking a Lube & Tire Technician in St. Charles, IL, offering $18-$20/hour based on experience and qualifications. This Monday-Friday position has no weekends and includes company-paid medical insurance after 90 days, paid NAPA technical training, and opportunities for career advancement. • Perform oil and filter changes
• Rotate tires and check and adjust tire pressures
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
• Perform fluid services and basic preventive maintenance
• Test vehicle batteries
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with experienced technicians and service advisors
• Develop automotive skills through company-paid training

• 2+ years of lube technician or automotive experience
• Basic automotive repair knowledge
• Dependable and punctual
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive repair environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• $18-$20/hour based on experience and qualifications

Diehl Auto Repair is a growing NAPA Gold Auto Care Center with four locations and a fifth opening soon. Technicians work with Tekmetric Shop Management System, Tekmetric Digital Vehicle Inspections, Kukui CRM, NAPA training resources, and modern tools and equipment. The shop provides steady workflow, support from experienced technicians, and opportunities to develop beyond basic maintenance work, with a focus on promoting from within whenever possible.
