As the Retirement Plans Analyst, you will contribute to several different workflows. You will report directly to the Retirement Plans Manager. Your primary areas of focus will be to conduct the day-to-day administration of the company’s retirement programs and conduct audits and reporting on human resources data. You will also assist in the administration of the company’s annual survey, engagement programs, and annual social reporting process.
Compensation& Benefits
Competitive compensation package of minimum $65,000– maximum $75,000.
- Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks
- Sick days: 5 days
- Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating

Key Responsibilities- Conduct the day-to-day operations of the Retirement function ensuring that processes are documented, up-to-date, and efficient.
- Research and respond to questions from payroll, locations, and vendors.
- Manage employee retirement plan eligibility.
- Audit and submit funding for weekly 401(k) contributions.
- Calculate union pension contributions.
- Conduct audits of human resources data.
- Assist in timely reporting of retirement plan data and preparing documentation for plan audits.
- Ensure all required notices and materials are distributed to locations or employees in a timely manner.
- Stay current on legislation impacting retirement plans and employee compensation.
- Complete ad hoc analysis and tasks for retirement, compensation, employee engagement surveys, employee data validations, and annual social reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- Strong analytic and quantitative skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with ADP platforms (Enterprise, Reporting) is a plus.
- A collaborator with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion and judgement.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

- 100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air‑conditioned or well‑ventilated facilities.
- Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a computer.
- Will be subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
