Pintauro Construction Company, LLC is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Site Superintendent to support our Field Operations team. This full-time, onsite position offers an exciting opportunity to work side‑by‑side with seasoned superintendents on high-impact residential and commercial construction projects valued between $3M and $5M. • Assist in coordinating on-site activities, including subcontractor scheduling and task supervision.
• Support daily site operations and ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Monitor and enforce job site safety regulations and protocols.
• Track daily progress and maintain accurate field reports and job logs.
• Participate in site inspections, subcontractor meetings, and quality control checks.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders regarding updates, issues, and scheduling.
• Assist in resolving field conflicts and identifying areas needing correction or improvement.
• Support material tracking, equipment usage, and jobsite organization.
• Utilize Procore and other construction management software for reporting and documentation.
• Learn and grow under the mentorship of a Senior/Lead Superintendent.

• 4+ years of experience in construction site supervision, preferably on $3M-$5M projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety practices, and project coordination.
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
  Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Associate's degree in Construction Management or related field experience preferred.
