Position SummaryManaging local installation operations as an Installation Superintendent in Lombard, IL, you will guide a team on construction sites, ensuring adherence to code requirements, building systems, safety guidelines, and schedule performance.
Responsibilities- Provide direction and support to a site crew, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Work closely with general contractors and subcontractors to manage resources efficiently.
- Implement and monitor safety guidelines and training initiatives for the team.
- Monitor project schedules and track overall performance to keep projects on time.
- Collaborate with multiple levels of the organization to achieve business and project goals.
- 5+ years of relevant construction experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Experience leading a union‑represented workforce is highly desirable.
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and code requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage schedules and report on project performance.
Annual Base Pay Range: $123,400 – $162,000.
Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achieving company and individual goals.
