Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.

We are looking for an estimator with 5+ years of ground‑up commercial construction experience. The role involves estimating for commercial projects and handling ground‑up construction estimates.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Construction or similar experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in Construction Estimating.
• Experience with Commercial Construction required.
• K-12, municipal or retail experience preferred.
