$80,000-$100,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Performance-Based Project Commission + Quarterly Performance Bonus

What You'll Do

* Manage high-value residential and commercial insurance restoration and reconstruction projects from estimate through successful completion.

* Prepare accurate Xactimate estimates, supplements, and insurance restoration documentation.

* Coordinate customers, adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, municipalities, and inspections.

* Manage project budgets, profitability, schedules, and change orders.

* Ensure insurance carrier and TPA program compliance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

* Partner with our Mitigation Team to provide a seamless transition from mitigation through reconstruction.

Qualifications

* 5+ years of reconstruction project management experience.

* Advanced Xactimate proficiency.

* Residential and commercial reconstruction experience preferred.

* Insurance restoration and property insurance claims experience preferred.

* Strong leadership, communication, organization, and customer relationship skills.

* Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a high-volume portfolio while maintaining customer satisfaction, profitability, and project quality.

* Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Ownership mindset with a commitment to quality, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

* IICRC certifications are a plus.
