Job Description:
The 1-Tom Plumber Dispatcher will provide fast and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers. They help manage the day‑to‑day workflow efficiently while providing best‑in‑class service to our clients. Additionally, the position supports general office duties.
Responsibilities:- Strong customer service skills, multitasking, answering client calls, and scheduling technician appointments for jobs.
- In addition to entering client data into a computer, this individual will provide responses and feedback to clients regarding service queries and make outbound calls to clients as necessary.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to satisfactorily resolve client concerns
- Competency of basic computer programs
- Professional demeanor
- Self‑motivated with a sense of urgency to complete tasks
- Able to work gracefully under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
