Coda-Resources is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist located in Lombard, Illinois. This on-site role is the central point of contact for customers in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include processing orders, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring timely delivery while collaborating closely with various departments.
