Extended Stay - - Responsibilities:
Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payment per company procedures;
Resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process and provide high level guest service;
Maintain front desk area, lobby, and common areas in compliance with company standards;
Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures; manage cash and city ledger accounts;
Assist with breakfast display setup and cross-training in housekeeping and laundry as needed
