Job Title

Competency with business software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
General knowledge of computers and data entry.
Ability to understand and administer the Illinois Vehicle Emissions Program rules and regulations.
Ability to adapt to changes in the Program operations, procedures and updates.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to understand and communicate the Illinois Vehicle Emissions Program rules and regulations
Bilingual Spanish speaking skills required
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Two to four (2-4) years' experience in a Call Center/Customer Service environment required; previous lead experience preferred.
Experience in successful conflict resolution preferred.
