Hieu Tran – COUNTRY Financial in Lombard, IL is looking for a Bilingual Office Representative (Vietnamese and English) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, wants to develop professional skills, and is interested in building a long-term career in a supportive insurance office.

No insurance experience or license is required. We'll provide the training and support you need to learn the insurance business and become successful in the role.

You'll help create a positive customer experience while supporting the agency with day-to-day service and administrative responsibilities.

• Answer phones and assist customers with questions and requests.
• Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience.
• Communicate with customers in both Vietnamese and English
  .
• Schedule appointments and assist with follow-up communications.
• Direct customer questions and requests to the appropriate team member.
• Assist with routine administrative and insurance office tasks.
• Organize and maintain customer records and documents.
• Support the agency team with daily office operations.
• Learn about insurance products, policies, and agency procedures.
• Help ensure customers receive timely and professional service.

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English – required.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable answering phones and working with the public.
• Willing to learn new computer systems and technology.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Previous customer service, office, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
