Hieu Tran – COUNTRY Financial in Lombard, IL is looking for a Full-Time Bilingual Vietnamese Customer Service Assistant to join our team. No insurance experience or license is required to start. We'll provide training and hands‑on experience to help you learn the insurance industry and grow your skills.

Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required for this role.

• Answering phones and assisting Vietnamese- and English‑speaking customers.
• Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional support.
• Responding to basic customer questions and directing more complex inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Assisting with routine insurance office and administrative tasks.
• Helping customers with documents, forms, and basic service requests.
• Scheduling appointments and assisting with customer follow‑up.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
• Supporting the agency team with daily office needs.
• Learning about insurance products, agency procedures, and customer service best practices.
• Providing a positive experience to every customer who interacts with the agency.

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
