• Competitive Pay: $18.70-$23.10 per hour.
• Sign‑On Bonus: $250 after 30 days, $750 after 90 days (eligibility applies).

• Education & Certification: CDA or Associate’s degree (required);
  Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Experience:
  
  2+ years of early childhood education; lead or co‑lead experience preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Intermediate PC skills and proficiency with general administrative tasks.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Active engagement throughout the day, including standing, sitting on the floor, bending, and lifting up to approximately 60 lbs.
