Senior staff position within North American headquarters responsible to support FP&A Manager and Director of Accounting on a variety of key projects.

• Salary range $84,000-$105,000 annually.

• Primary support for key internal topics of insurance and insured claims estimates.
• Work with actuary and risk department to support valuation of significant estimates related to insured claims.
• Create and maintain pricing model related to insured claims and insurance premiums.
• Works with assigned organizational unit(s) to develop annual budgets, expense and staffing forecasts, and statistical reporting.
• Prepares statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis.
• Assist in preparation of financial reporting process and monthly financial reporting review package.
• Works on complex finance topics as needed to support internal team, helping to build strong internal processes and simplify complicated topics to hand back over to accounting team.
• Work with Paris headquarter office to help answer financial reporting questions and pricing questions.
• Support FP&A projects related to internal reporting.

  Certifications:
  
  Certified Public Accounting preferred
• Education:
  
  College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
• Experience preferred: 3+ years of relevant experience preferred. Public audit experience preferred.
• Skills and Knowledge:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting including accounting theory and principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles required.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
