Overview of PositionSenior staff position within North American headquarters responsible to support FP&A Manager and Director of Accounting on a variety of key projects.
Compensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation and benefits package including:
- Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks
- Sick days: 5 days
- Holidays: 12 days (8 standard and 4 floating)

- Salary range $84,000-$105,000 annually.
- Primary support for key internal topics of insurance and insured claims estimates.
- Work with actuary and risk department to support valuation of significant estimates related to insured claims.
- Create and maintain pricing model related to insured claims and insurance premiums.
- Works with assigned organizational unit(s) to develop annual budgets, expense and staffing forecasts, and statistical reporting.
- Prepares statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis.
- Assist in preparation of financial reporting process and monthly financial reporting review package.
- Works on complex finance topics as needed to support internal team, helping to build strong internal processes and simplify complicated topics to hand back over to accounting team.
- Work with Paris headquarter office to help answer financial reporting questions and pricing questions.
- Support FP&A projects related to internal reporting.

- Licensing and
Certifications:
Certified Public Accounting preferred - Education:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required. - Experience preferred: 3+ years of relevant experience preferred. Public audit experience preferred.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting including accounting theory and principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles required.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
