Qualifications
  • With a negative Tuberculosis Test
  • Previous experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Compassionate and dedicated caregiver with over 5+ years of hands-on experience providing high-quality personal care to elderly and disabled clients in home and facility settings.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and short-notice shifts
  • Physical ability to assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered mindset
Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying living areas)
  • Provide medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations)
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Accompany clients to appointments or errands
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
  • Adapt to varying client needs and home environments
