- With a negative Tuberculosis Test
- Previous experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, or healthcare settings preferred
- Compassionate and dedicated caregiver with over 5+ years of hands-on experience providing high-quality personal care to elderly and disabled clients in home and facility settings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and short-notice shifts
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered mindset
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying living areas)
- Provide medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Adapt to varying client needs and home environments
