Safe Life Home Healthcare, LLC, a 4-star patient satisfaction organization that has been proudly serving the community since 2010, is seeking a dedicated and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Lombard, IL. This on‑site position is essential in managing the scheduling and coordination of our clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care coverage and staff satisfaction.

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Staff Scheduling:
    Create and maintain efficient scheduling for all field staff, ensuring appropriate coverage for patient visits and care needs.
  • Resource Management:
    Coordinate staff assignments based on patient needs, staff skills, geographic locations, and workload balance.
  • Communication:
    Maintain regular contact with clinical staff regarding schedule changes, new patient assignments, and urgent care needs.
  • Conflict Resolution:
    Address scheduling conflicts and find solutions that meet both patient care requirements and staff needs.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, availability, time off requests, and certifications.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure staffing patterns comply with state and federal regulations as well as company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare scheduling or coordination.
  • EMR Knowledge:
    Experience with Well Sky Kinnser EMR is preferred.
  • Skills:

    Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Competence with scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Team Player:
    Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams.
  • Work Ethic:
    Looking for a detail‑oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and commitment to supporting quality patient care.
