Solace Hospice & Palliative Care Inc is looking for a compassionate and organized Hospice Office Manager to join our dedicated team in Saint Charles, IL. • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the hospice office to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Manage scheduling, staffing coordination, and clinical staff support across patient care teams
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and compliance with hospice regulatory requirements
• Serve as a point of contact for patients, families, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members
• Coordinate billing, accounts payable/receivable, and insurance verification processes
• Onboard new employees and support HR functions including credentialing and personnel file management
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and state hospice regulations and accreditation standards

• 2+ years of office management experience, preferably in hospice, home health, or healthcare settings
• Familiarity with hospice regulations, Medicare/Medicaid billing, and EMR systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with empathy for patients and families
  
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
