• Current Occupational Therapy license for the state of Illinois
• Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting
• Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and documentation requirements
• Strong communication skills with students, families, and educators
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct evaluations to determine students’ functional abilities and needs
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to develop effective intervention strategies
• Document progress, maintain therapy records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide guidance and training to support staff and caregivers when necessary
