Our client is seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for specialized sales roles within a niche industrial market. This individual will play a key role in identifying top talent, partnering with hiring leaders, and driving efficient recruitment strategies in a metrics-driven environment.

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from kickoff meetings through offer acceptance
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing plans
• Develop candidate pipelines using direct sourcing, networking, and recruiting tools
• Conduct candidate evaluations to assess qualifications and overall fit
• Schedule interviews and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders
• Track recruiting activity and performance within an applicant tracking system
• Support hiring across multiple technical business segments
• Manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining quality standards

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; experience supporting outside sales hiring is highly preferred
• Exposure to industrial environments such as manufacturing, distribution, automation, construction, engineering, or similar fields
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office
• Clear career progression with opportunities for advancement into senior and leadership roles
• Potential access to a commission-based structure tied to performance
