Recruiters play a critical role in our organization and are key contributors to our long-term success.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with 0–5 years of experience who are eager to learn, highly organized, and take pride in delivering a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective candidates
- Review and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants for multiple roles
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client brands and job responsibilities
- Coordinate recruiting schedules across multiple accounts
- Book and manage Zoom and in-person interviews
- Track candidate progress using ATS platforms
- Generate and maintain recruiting reports and candidate data
- Post and manage job advertisements across various job boards
- Collaborate with leadership to meet hiring goals and deadlines
- Positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using web-based applications and recruiting software
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to self-manage, multitask, and prioritize effectively
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive, coachable, and team-oriented mindset
- Starting pay of $650 per week + performance-based bonuses
- Hybrid schedule available after two weeks of in-office training
