Help Desk Support Analyst Level 3

BridgePoint Technologies is looking for an experienced Help Desk Support Analyst Level 3. The role is centered on providing high‑quality technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues across a range of technologies, and escalating complex problems to senior resources as needed.

• Work with customers to understand and resolve technical issues involving networks, desktops, laptops, applications, phones, tablets, and email.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems on Windows operating systems, network services, Windows domain environments, and VMware.
• Provide proactive and reactive support, ensuring timely solutions and high customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer service and clear communication throughout the support process.

• Experience in a heavily customer‑service‑driven field such as retail or food services, or equivalent customer‑service experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and strong networking fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Windows domain environments and VMware.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to educate customers on technology solutions.
• Team player with a transparent and collaborative work style.
