Distribution Specialist

We are actively seeking a Full Time Distribution Specialisto join our Chicago branch. The employee is responsible for preparing payroll packages, envelopes, and shipping to our clients in an efficient and accurate way.

• Handling and preparing payroll packages for clients
• Shipping / Receiving documents, packages and other client-related shipments
• Reporting, escalating or addressing any potential issues affecting clients / shipments
• Assist Branch Management with the day to day tasks of the branch
• Assisting customers with payroll as needed
• Customer support via email and phone as needed
• Data entry and support as needed for other branch departments
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers

• Professional phone communication skills
• Great interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to meet pick-up and shipment windows
• Attention to detail and problem solving abilities
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Ability to work individually and in a team with tight deadlines

• This position will report full time to our office in Lomboard, Illinois
