Implementation and Support Manager

Constellation Energy seeks an Implementation & Support Manager to lead delivery and ongoing support of ISFSI solutions for utility customers. In this role, you will manage end-to-end implementations, gather and translate business requirements, configure systems, and coordinate testing and go live activities. You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, oversee issue resolution and system performance, and drive continuous improvement.

You will mentor a small technical/analyst team, ensure regulatory and security compliance, and support key energy and sustainability initiatives across the organization.
