Auto Damage Trainee – Field

• Provide reassurance and solutions to customers after accidents
• Inspect and assess vehicle damage
• Estimate vehicle repair costs
• Negotiate equitable settlements
• Partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers
• Consult with involved parties and review insurance contracts
• Inspect vehicles and write estimates
• Manage rental cars
• Resolve customer concerns
• Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions
• Complete required hands-on training at the Ashburn, VA facility and field training center
• Work in the Lombard, IL field territory

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines required
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Customer-facing experience preferred
• High-volume call center experience with KPIs and measurable goals preferred
• Active Adjusters license preferred
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills
• Adaptable and detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and multitask across platforms
