For over 16 years in DuPage County, Paul Davis Restoration has been helping our neighbors rebuild after disasters. We’ve built a skilled, supportive, and downright awesome group of people who love what they do — and now we’re looking for a few good women and men who want to build a career in mitigation and reconstruction.

• A positive attitude and desire to serve customers with excellence

• Ability to work nights/weekends as needed
• A valid driver’s license and clean record
• Strength to lift 75 lbs and stamina to get hands-on with the work
• Someone who wants to help people when they need it most

• Perform water mitigation services including water extraction, drying, and structural restoration
• Support additional services such as mold remediation and trauma cleanup (if interested)
• Keep your truck organized and equipment ready
• Support your teammates and step up as a leader when needed
• Be on-call when scheduled to respond to emergencies
